Matt Baldelli and his crew visited the Salmon River Falls in the winter of 2019-2020 and took photos of the falls and the people climbing its frozen waters.
Baldelli is a photographer, director and adventurer. “I create powerful photographs in often difficult, demanding and dangerous situations,” he says on his website.
“Whether it is hanging off cliffs in Moab, Utah, at the summit of Mount Washington in winter, where the worst weather in the world takes place, or inside the climbing gym, everywhere is my studio,” he says.
He is based in Easthampton, Massachusetts.
